Swing Gates
A gate that does not rust or need paint
CME manufactures GFRP swing gates for farms, agro-industrial sites and plants: frame and infill are fiberglass profiles and grating, with stainless-steel hardware. They do not corrode with humidity, fertilizers, effluents or a saline environment.
Each opening is sized to the job. Light leaves: they are assembled with less equipment and operated by hand, without the weight of a steel gate.
Two versions, made to size
Double leaf for vehicle access: pickups, machinery or light trucks, with a manual latch.
Single pedestrian leaf, for staff or access to a technical enclosure.
Width, height and swing direction follow the opening and the use. Standard grey; other colours on request.
Profiles, grating and stainless hardware
The frame is a pultruded profile. The infill can be GFRP grating or profiles — the same material we use on platforms and fencing.
Hinges and latch in stainless steel. Delivered assembled, ready to anchor to columns, walls or posts.
Dielectric: useful on sites with electric fencing, substations or switchgear. No yearly painting.
Corrosion
Does not rust or decay with agrochemicals, effluents or the coast.
Weight
Light leaves, fast assembly, manual operation.
Made to size
Single or double, according to the opening and traffic.
