Suitable for pedestrian traffic

Anti-slip, wear-resistant quartz surface.

Unlike typical gratings on the market, ours are made with prestressed GFRP bars — the same type of reinforcement used in construction. That gives them higher mechanical strength and, when cut on site, they do not warp from internal fibre stresses.

Anti-corrosion solutions for your facilities

Floor gratings are manufactured by moulding in Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer [ GFRP ].

They combine high corrosion resistance with excellent mechanical strength, and offer high performance and premium quality.

They are available in a range of resins (isophthalic polyester, vinylester or special resins), and we will advise you on the choice, which depends on the environmental conditions they will be exposed to.

Their surface with rough anti-slip, wear-resistant quartz makes them far superior to the concave type, which wears down in the short term.

Chosen by every kind of industry

Fiberglass gratings are known for lasting longer than other materials such as steel or galvanized steel, among others, proving extremely resistant in corrosive environments [ maintenance-free ], to weather and to UV.

They are lightweight [ 25 to 38 kilos per 2 m2 ], which makes installation easier, and they can be cut on site with conventional tools [ we also offer a cut-to-size service ].

Industrial gratings withstand acid, alkaline and saline environments, and temperatures above 140 degrees, depending on the resin chosen — as found in chemical and petrochemical plants, mining, refineries, fisheries, pulp mills, poultry and pig farms, food plants, and more.

Other products we offer:

Polymer covers: suitable for heavy traffic (vehicles or forklifts).

Semi-solid and solid covers, with covers on one or both sides (ask for sizes and thicknesses).

Stainless-steel fixing clips.

Stair treads: designed with a reinforced nosing for superior strength where loads are highest. They can be supplied with supports to attach directly to the stair stringers. Available in variable widths in multiples of 100 mm up to 1200 mm, 256 mm deep, 100 x 20 mm grid and 32 mm thick.
