Corrosion Resistance, Zero Maintenance
Cooling towers are a corrosion issue in themselves.
Choosing the right material extends service life, resulting in a high-performance, maintenance-free solution.
We work together with Favra, a leading cooling tower manufacturer and Argentina's first industrial valve factory, certified under ISO 9001 and API standards. Favra carries out the thermal calculations and installs the equipment on the structures we design and manufacture in Fiberglass Composite Material, delivering an integral solution with certified quality and traceability.
“The” Material
Fiberglass Composite Material is the leading structural material used worldwide in corrosive environments, and it is the right choice for building cooling towers, since it offers cost competitiveness compared to traditional materials (wood, metal, concrete, etc.), thanks to its high corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.
It also stands out for its ease of assembly and design innovation.
Design and Manufacturing
CME develops the structural design and manufacturing of the tower, entirely in GFRP composite material, adapted to the equipment and thermal engineering specified by the client.
Designing and assembling a cooling tower in this material is faster and simpler than building it in concrete, and in the short term it will be more cost-effective.
It also has the advantage that it can be disassembled and relocated to another site, should that ever be required.
These structures are manufactured with fire retardants (compliant with ASTM E84 standard).
Maintenance
None required
Structural robustness
For manufacturing all types of structures.
Insulation
Thermal, electrical and acoustic.
Excellent corrosion resistance
In acidic, alkaline and saline environments.
